I am an Assistant Professor of International Business at George Washington University, an Affiliated Faculty at the Institute of International Economic Policy at the Elliot School of International Affairs (GWU), and a Research Associate at the Federal Reserve Bank at Dallas. Previously, I was an Assistant Professor of Economics at the University of Oklahoma.
My research is in trade and macro, with specialization in settings with firm heterogeneity and variable market power. I have applied these settings to study allocative efficiency and factor share responses to trade policy (e.g. tariff liberalization and product standard regulations).
Please see my research page for more information.
I teach international global finance, trade, and macroeconomics.
