I am an Assistant Professor of International Business at George Washington University, an Affiliated Faculty at the Institute of International Economic Policy at the Elliot School of International Affairs (GWU), CESifo Research Network Affiliate, and a Research Associate at the Federal Reserve Bank at Dallas. Previously, I was an Assistant Professor of Economics at the University of Oklahoma.
My research is in trade and macro, with specialization in settings with firm heterogeneity and variable market power. I have applied these settings to study allocative efficiency and factor share responses to trade policy (e.g. tariff liberalization and product standard regulations).
Please see my research page for more information.
I teach international global finance, trade, and macroeconomics.
